Link Between Danial Pearl Murder and Usama Bin Laden

 The killing of Osama bin Laden and the latest Wikileaks leak have combined in an issue involving the killing of former Wall Street Journal journalist Daniel Pearl, according to reports.

Hundreds of files involving detainees at Guantanamo Bay have been included in the latest Wikileaks papers, including an interview with Mohammed who told of advice provided to Al Qaida to spare Pearl's life, a recommendation that was denied. Pearl was killed.

Khalid Sheik Mohammed was waterboarded by those interrogating him at Guantanamo Bay, aparently around 183 times but an LA Times report indicates Pearl was taken to the house of the terrorist organization's finance chief in Pakiston, Saud Memon and killed there.

Mohammed was caught in March 2002 and told his interrogators about a discussion with Sayf alAdl, an Al Qaida commander, who was told not to murder Pearl. Pearl was killed in 2002 and his wife Mariane Pearl is to be on Capitol Hill Tuesday for a panel discussion on press freedom.
